SunBear API ("we", "us", "our") provides API access to large language model inference services through our platform at sunbear-api.com. By using our services, you ("user", "you") agree to these Terms.
To access the API, you must create an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities under your account.
Our services are prepaid. Users purchase credit packages through our payment provider (Paddle). All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire.
API access is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including but not limited to: generating illegal content, harassment, spam, or any use that violates applicable laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
