1. Digital Service Nature

SunBear API provides digital services (API access credits) that are consumed immediately upon use. Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. When Refunds Are Provided

We may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Service unavailability: If our API is unavailable for an extended period (24+ hours) due to issues on our end.
Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase.
Unused credits: If you request account deletion and have significant unused prepaid credits, you may request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Your account email address
Order or transaction ID (from Paddle receipt)
Reason for refund request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
